The studio is a quiet room at the end of a short hall, with a bench by the glass door to the garden. You'll have a minute to settle before anything begins.
Your first visit, in order
A first visit is the first-visit facial, 90 minutes, with a consultation built in.

Step 1: Book your visit
Choose a time on Birgit's booking page, or call. The first-visit facial has the consultation built into it.

Step 2: What to bring
The names of the products you use now, or photos of the labels, and anything you'd like left out. Come with your skin as it is.

Step 3: When you arrive
Arrive five minutes early. There is parking at the door, and the studio is the second door on the left. Come in and sit down; Birgit comes to find you.

Step 4: What to expect
A talk, then the facial your talk planned. Birgit reads out every product before she uses it, and you say yes or no to each.

Step 5: Afterward
You take home your ingredient card and a short note of what to do over the next days. Book the next visit before you leave, or later by message.
