The ingredient card
Ask for every ingredient
At Chamomile the question is welcome at any point: what is in that? Birgit shows you the container and reads you the list as printed. Then she writes it all on a card you keep.
The card doesn't rate a product or call it anything. It names what is in it, and you decide.

On the card
What the card lists
Each product, in order
Every product used on your skin that day, in the order it went on, by its name on the container.
The ingredients, as printed
The full list copied from the label, so you can look up any word on it.
What is scented
A line for any fragrance or essential oil in a product, named as the label names it.
What you said no to
Anything you asked to leave out, so the next visit starts from your answer.
How to ask
Three times you can ask
- 01Before
Step 1: When you book
Write it in your message, or say it on the phone. Birgit sends the list of products for your facial ahead of the visit.
- 02At the start
Step 2: At the start
She shows you each container and reads the label before the first step, and you can say no to any of it.
- 03Afterward
Step 3: Any time after
Call or write, and she'll read you any ingredient list again, or send a photo of the label.
About the card
What if I want a product swapped?
Say so before the facial starts. Birgit picks another product, or leaves the step out, and writes down what she did instead.
Does the card mean the products are better?
No. The card says what is in a product, nothing more. We don't claim that any product is safer or gentler than another.
Can I take a photo of the label?
Yes, any of them, at any time.
What if I know an ingredient doesn't suit me?
Tell Birgit before you book, or at the start, and she'll plan the facial around it. For anything medical, ask your doctor.
Book a facial, and ask for the card
Choose a time on Birgit's booking page, or send a message first.
